**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Director, your main mission are:
- Lead the Group Planning strategy through the most optimal country opening rules and efficient processes to generate the highest group performance;
- Unify the planning and execution of the rules and process for the group, to optimize the performance of Veepee France through the definition of a coherent sales calendar, a selective and relevant product offering for the French market.
**TASKS**:
- **Group Planning Strategy**
- Review the planning Strategy, adjust it in line with the macro and company context.
- Lead and coordinate, in a matricial organization, 4 B2C managers (ES, IT, DE/AT, BNL).
- Scale the sales performance policy at group level including each market specificity
- Be the main key contact for controlling team working on the B2B budget adaptation into B2C
- Act as the business lead in the development of “campaign” and “offer quality score” tools (requirements gathering, proxy Product Owner if needed, user testing, etc.).
- **Planning performance**
- Ensure the consistency of the sales calendar to guarantee the best possible showcase on the French platform, both overall and by category (attractiveness, blockbuster distribution, bi-weekly balance, etc.).
- Ensure this consistency through cross-functional coordination with operational teams (international planning, S&OP, DF, etc.).
- Define the sales performance policy by establishing performance criteria (Launch thresholds, live performance management, evening offer attractiveness, etc ) and arbitrating the launch of sales and business rules (e.g., One Day, media) on the French platform.
- Lead and develop a team of 6 B2C planners.
- In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders (European sector director, Country managers), international planning, logistics (drop/PV/PR/SC planning), S&OP, and marketing.
**MUST HAVE skills**:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5), preferably from a business school, with more than 5 years of experience in a coordination, analytical and performance-oriented role.
- Past experience in Management, great people management skills to direct and indirect report.
- Strong results orientation and business mindset. You like to challenge status quo, build/review strategies and share the vision to the team and your shareholders.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with senior leadership and stakeholders. You are autonomous and confident in decision-making.
- Fluent English is required.
- You have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint Google suite.
