**Client Development Manager**
En tant qu’Ambassadeur de la Maison Alaïa et en collaboration étroite avec le Directeur de Boutique et l’Adjoint Directeur de Boutique, le Client Development Manager gère le recrutement de nouveaux clients et occupe un rôle de référent dans la gestion de la clientèle auprès des équipes de vente.
A ce titre, ses principales missions sont:
1/ Développer ses ventes, via le management et le développement de son propre portefeuille clients
2/ Former et coacher l’équipe de la boutique sur la relation client, en ayant un rôle exemplaire
3/ Développer la base clients pour optimiser l’activité de la boutique
- Préparer des plans d’action pour et avec les équipes de vente avec des objectifs précis et les soutenir. Suivre les résultats des actions lancées.
- Exploiter toutes les étapes de la fidélisation des clients, fonction des objectifs CRM fixés par la direction CRM de la maison
- Assurer la bonne tenue de la base clients de la boutique et atteindre les objectifs de développement
- Définir avec le management de la boutique et l’équipe un plan de recrutement clients (conversion et prospects et networking) et suivre les résultats des actions lancées. Soutenir l’équipe dans cette mission de recrutement, fonction des objectifs fixés par la direction CRM internationale.
4/ Traitement des clients et évènements
- En relation avec la direction de la boutique et le VIC international, coordonner les traitements des clients : identifier les profils, travailler sur un programme sur mesure, s’assurer du respect du budget, partager avec l’équipe opérationnelle et management un feedback des résultats obtenus.
- Coordonner les animations en boutique (ou events extérieurs) - préparer en amont les outils, suivre les résultats obtenus.
