**About the team**
The EMEA Marketing team is a dynamic and collaborative group of six professionals strategically located across the region. We focus on creating and executing campaigns that drive lead generation, accelerate the sales pipeline, and enhance brand awareness. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting the commercial team in region through a variety of marketing activities, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), event management, paid editorial content, paid media, and more. Together, we work to ensure our marketing initiatives effectively reach and engage our target audiences across the EMEA region.
**What you’ll own**
We’re seeking a Partner Marketing Manager based in our Paris office in France to lead and execute co-marketing strategies with our key partners. This role specifically will have a sole focus on the French and German market but provide an opportunity of collaboration with the wider EMEA marketing team.
**Lead Generation**:
- Collaborate with the commercial teams and our partners to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up processes.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize lead generation tactics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
**Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness objectives with our partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
**Market Research and Insights**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Enterprise sector in country that can support partner marketing opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Enterprise team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals.
**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry (if possible)
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
- Considerable knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in conducting presentations through Webex (or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
- Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
- Proficiency to operate independently
