**Role Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Sophia-Antipolis, France working as an SMB Channel Sales Administrator Intern for EMEA, focused on analyzing the channel sales in EMEA, helping on producing data reports, SMB channel sales analysis and supporting the SMB Channel Account Managers in the field.
This is the perfect role if you are curious to learn more about operations, marketing and data skills, and have the ambition to take on a first experience in a market-leading cybersecurity vendor.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of SMB channel initiatives, and analyze their market impact
- Analyze SMB channel sales and Fortinet partner performance, identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Support Channel account managers in the field with reports and analysis
- Support the EMEA SMB team with daily tasks and reports
- Communicate and collaborate with Fortinet stakeholders and different teams: operations, marketing, pricing
- Verify and coordinate with internal teams to ensure channel sales data is accurate
- Work with Channel Marketing Team to assist in calculating the ROI of SMB Channel marketing campaigns

**What skills will you bring**:
- You are a student in your last year of Master’s studies (BAC+4 or BAC+5)
- Preferably studying Marketing, International Business, or other related degrees
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in data collection/analysis
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, willing to take on a client-facing role
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Fluent in English. French or an additional language would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
