Creaform - Customer Care Intern (M/F/d)

**Primary Role**:
The intern will assist our team of Customer Service Specialists and Customer Solutions Experts in the performance of their duties. They will be called upon to assist with customer follow-up, order confirmations and a variety of administrative tasks.

In addition, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, he/she will be called upon to participate in various projects aimed at improving the customer experience and supports the continuous improvement of existing procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the management of clients in the CRM (opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, client creation, billing, etc.);
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of various reports and indicators on a periodic basis;
- Carry out various projects in different software such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Requirements**:

- Studies related to administration or business management at the BTS level or equivalent to Bachelor's degree ;
- Bilingualism French-English is essential (German or Italian is an asset);
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and ability to learn to use computer tools and software (experience with a CRM is an asset).

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
