At Nutropy, your job will consist of: - Design, plan, execute and analyze different experiences in the analytics pipeline to quantify and identify metabolites and proteins hand-in-hand with your supervisors and colleagues, working both autonomously and in collaboration - Perform experiments at lab scale and conduct product characterization and quality control - Manage a rigorous lab notebook and write/maintain SOPs up to date - Prepare and present results to your supervisors and the team - Contribute to IP generation - Collaborate with the different departments - Maintain equipment as well as laboratory inventory, consumables and solutions - Undertake any other activities as needed by the company **Profil recherché**: **Education & Experience**: - Graduate degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, food science or similar relevant tracks. - Previous experience in a lab (public or ideally private), ideally with similar responsibilities - Ideally, hands-on experience with well-plate assays, denaturing and native gel electrophoresis, protein transfer. - Speak English professionally, ideally speak some French **Profil** - Independent, well organized and proactive - Precise and capable of prioritising task - An agile problem-solver, solution-oriented - Strong communicator - Interest in alternative proteins - Positive and benevolent outlook - Motivated to work in a dynamic start-up environment - Strong desire to join a company that is positively changing our food system and plane What we offer When you come to work at Nutropy, your day-to-day work involves improving the quality of our products.
