**About the job**:
**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Installation and maintenance of network equipment
- Preparation, material configuration and software (PCs, laptops, peripherals...)
- Fixed and mobile telephone management
- Management of audiovisual and videoconference material
- Support and assistance to users
- Operation AS400

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in Computer Science or related field.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in systems and network technician roles.
- Proficiency in French (required).
- Good level of Spanish and/or English.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with AS400 operations (experience and knowledge appreciated but not required).
- Strong interest in and knowledge of new technologies.

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to convey information effectively both verbally and in writing
- Analytical mindset to identify issues fast and resolve them
- Good at evaluating options to find and fix quickly
- Ability to work effectively within a team to work towards a common goal
- Willingness to learn
- Good at managing workload efficiently for productivity
