**Missions**: - [FR]_ En tant que stagiaire, vous travaillerez au sein de la fonction "Business Development et Marketing" de Tikehau IM, un département clé au cœur de l'expansion internationale de l'entreprise. En travaillant pour une société de gestion d'actifs internationale de premier plan, vous acquerrez une connaissance approfondie des marchés financiers, du secteur et de ses produits. - Vous aurez une exposition unique aux principales classes d'actifs telles que la dette privée, l'immobilier, le private equity et les stratégies de liquidité. Une bonne compréhension des marchés financiers et de leurs produits est donc nécessaire. - Vous aiderez les autres membres de l'équipe à répondre aux due diligence et aux appels d'offres émanant de clients actuels et potentiels. - Vous travaillerez également à la production de présentations et serez responsable de la mise à jour et de l'amélioration du matériel de marketing existant (présentations, teasers, etc.). - Vous participerez à la production des rapports mensuels des fonds (calcul des performances, des rendements, de la volatilité, des actifs et de la répartition géographique, etc.) - Vous serez en interaction permanente avec d'autres départements de l'entreprise tels que la gestion de portefeuille, la gestion des risques, les sales, ainsi qu'avec les bureaux internationaux (Londres, Bruxelles, Milan Madrid, Séoul et Singapour). - [ENG]_ As an intern, you will work in the Business Development and Marketing function of Tikehau IM, a key department at the heart of the company's international expansion. Working for a leading international asset management company, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, the industry and its products. - You will have unique exposure to key asset classes such as private debt, real estate, private equity and liquidity strategies. A good understanding of the financial markets and their products is therefore necessary. - You will assist other team members in responding to due diligence and RFPs from existing and potential clients. - You will also work on the production of presentations and be responsible for updating and improving existing marketing material (presentations, teasers, etc). - You will be involved in the production of monthly fund reports (calculation of performance, returns, volatility, assets and geographical allocation, etc.). - You will be in constant interaction with other departments of the company such as portfolio management, risk management, sales, as well as with the international offices (London, Brussels, Milan, Madrid, Seoul and Singapore). **Profile**: - [FR]_ - Vous êtes étudiant en Master 1 ou 2 avec une majeure Finance - Vous possédez des connaissances en matière de finance et souhaitez participer au succès d’une entreprise en pleine expansion - Vous avez (idéalement) une expérience professionnelle antérieure dans une institution financière ou dans le domaine du conseil - Vous êtes engagé, motivé, curieux et proactif - Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais (oral et écrit) et d’allemand (fortement préféré) - Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et un esprit bien structuré dans la présentation des concepts et des idées. - [ENG]_ - You are a Master 1 or 2 student with a major in Finance - You have knowledge of finance and wish to participate in the success of a growing company - You have (ideally) previous professional experience in a financial institution or in the consulting field - You are committed, motivated, curious and proactive - You have a very good level of French and English (spoken and written) - You have good communication skills and a well-structured mind when presenting concepts and ideas.
