**About the role ️**

Based in our Parisian office and reporting to the Director of HRBP Manager, you will join a team of five HR Business Partners, all fully dedicated to developing Vestiaire Collective on a global scale.

**As an HRBP, your role will be to**:
Collaborate with managers and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Support managers in managing complex employee relations and resolving conflicts

Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and talent retention

**What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C**:

- ** Organizational Development**:

- Oversee the organizational development of Marketing and Commercial teams
- Collaborate with other People Partners (Learning & Development, Legal, Talent) to build, continuously improve, and deploy processes related to the employee experience

**Be a true partner to your teams**
- Drive change management to support employees and managers in implementing new initiatives
- Support team performance and achievement of objectives by providing HR expertise and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual rules
- Monitor workplace climate, actively identify early warning signs, and maintain a regular on-site presence
- Maintain contact and collaborate with occupational health services to ensure individual employee follow-up

**Team Development**
- Support managers during performance reviews or sensitive situations
- Help leaders develop and strengthen their skills
- Conduct annual salary and compensation reviews, ensuring equality and equity
- Contribute to the annual performance review process, ensuring it remains dynamic and adapted to the company’s evolution

**Who you are**:

- Full proficiency in English, French is not required but considered a bonus
- You thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- You genuinely enjoy helping others and have a strong interest in peopleExcellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and HRIS
- Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Direct communication and influencing abilities
- Foundational understanding of HR payroll and legal processes
- Self-starter with initiative; ideally 3+ years of HR experience to succeed in this role
- (Bonus) Experience working with marketing and commercial teams
