The Beauty division, specialized in the conception of promotional accessories (bags, make up bags, handbags, Jewellery, beauty accessories) for luxury and cosmetic brands i.e. L'Oréal, LVMH, Sisley, Sephora, Coty and many more.

We are looking for a Trainee for 6 months, based in Paris, in order to support the continued growth of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data entry**:
**-**Collecting the necessary information
- Data entry into specialised software after training on the software and checking that the data has been correctly entered.

**Project follow-up**:

- Drafting customer briefs in accordance with their specifications
- Entering data into project monitoring software
- Management of mock-ups/prototypes (labelling, photography, checking conformity before sending to the customer, etc.)
- Tracking orders internally with the production and logistics departments
- Follow-up and updating of retro plannings
- Manage invoicing

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to organize, summarize and adapt in order to monitor the various productions while complying with the requirements of different brands.
- Rigorous and versatile individual who enjoys working in a team and has a keen interest in the accessories and cosmetics sector. You know how to manage several projects at once and you're not afraid of working in a challenging environment.
- Fluent English required.
- Fluency in common office tools and a good knowledge of the Adobe suite, particularly Illustrator, would be appreciated
