**What You'll Do**
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, proactively delivering solutions that maximize value and align with their strategic goals
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership on the customer side to ensure continuous success and contribute to the growth and sustainability of our partnership
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring that all clients attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Autone
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to foster passion and satisfaction for Autone
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs for your customer accounts and drive a plan to completion
- Navigate through multiple departments within an organization to expand use cases and business value of Autone
- Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions, provide insightful best practices, and structure creative solutions
- Develop deep product expertise and work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap
**What Will Contribute to Your Success**
- At least **3 to** **4 years of relevant work experience** as a CSM or Project Manager
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills in **French and English**
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to understand, manage, and drive customer needs and strategy
- Proven track record of **consistent target achievement**
- Ability to drive issue resolution and collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, etc.)
- Proactive, autonomous, and efficient
- Data-driven mindset and strong teamwork skills
