**Description**

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions using Meltwater's suite of products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation, training, and support, to ensure smooth execution of client initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients, highlighting trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, presenting value propositions to drive revenue generation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an account management role, preferably within the media intelligence or digital marketing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
