Mirakl is looking for a Sr Coordinator, Workplace Experience based in Paris, for a short term contract.

**About the Job**:
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring a smooth operational running of our offices in France (Paris & Bordeaux), with a focus on ensuring the best possible working conditions for all Mirakl collaborators. You will be based in Paris for a determined time contract and you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3200m² office, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

**Missions**:
**Employee Well-being and Satisfaction**:

- Respond promptly to daily requests from Mirakl workers through our ticketing system, prioritizing their satisfaction and ensuring the best possible workplace experience.
- Be the go-to person for employees' needs and queries

**Contract & Supplier Management / Safety and Compliance**:

- Act as the primary contact for our business partners
- Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers including cleaning services, technical maintenance, health & safety, green plants maintenance, and provision of snacks & refreshments.
- Evaluate quotations, plan interventions, and oversee budget in accordance with the Workplace Manager guidelines.
- Proactively anticipate future needs and coordinate with vendors as required.
- Conduct follow-ups on activities, control invoicing, and propose improvements + Monthly reporting.
- Ensure the office complies with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all employees.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Support the WPE Manager on its activity and act as their back up as needed
- Develop and/or implement operational procedures and policies that streamline our workplace functions.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing operational standards and efficiency.

**Community Engagement and Event Support**:

- Be the logístical reference for all internal events organized by various departments.
- Utilize your creativity and service mindset to contribute to a vibrant workplace community.
- Assist the Workplace Experience Manager in large event projects (National or Regional scale)

**Business Travel / Onboarding and Offboarding Support**:

- Facilitate the effective use of the Business Travel Tool and adherence to the travel policy.
- Work closely with the People Team to lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring an exceptional employee journey from start to finish.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years is needed to be successful in this role
- A team player of approachable and social disposition, with ability to maintain successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and a can-do attitude
- Customer service driven, with the ability to demonstrate innovation and drive
- Self motivated and proactive, with confidence in knowing when to make a decision, and when to seek further clarification
- Details driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable problem solving skills, with the ability to exercise excellent judgment in reaction to the current needs of the workplace
- Accustomed to multitasking in a fast-paced creative environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Flexible attitude and willingness to sometimes work outside of the usual office hours
- Knowledge and proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company culture
