The Implementations team is one of the first post sales teams to work with new clients. The Implementation team is responsible for transitioning new clients from the Sales process through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform, whilst reinforcing the Emarsys vision of data driven true 1 to 1 Personalisation that maximizes customer value that is simple to use.

As the leader of the Implementation team, you will take ownership for all client Implementation projects, and act as the main point of escalation for all issues. You will make sure that Implementation Consultants maintain a high level of professionalism when enabling and empowering new customers to use the platform to its fullest potential.

The role is suitable for someone with previous managerial experience in managing a technical solutions-oriented or project management team and making sure that Implementation Consultants are able to achieve and exceed their team and personal KPIs. You will have a 'can-do' attitude and at all times be communicative and supportive with your team and Clients.

You should have a proven track working successfully with high profile clients. Your service to our clients is a most invaluable and integral part in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and their subsequent retention.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Day to day management of the local office Implementation Team comprising of Implementation Consultants
- Take full ownership of all opportunities and projects the Implementation team is working on
- Act as point of escalation for the team
- Ensure that team’s KPIs are met and work with the team on overcoming challenges to constantly hit and overachieve KPIs
- Proactively and constantly identify areas of improvement and work with Country Manager and functional head to implement improvement plans
- Manage the pipeline of Sales translations into revenues according to contractual billable timelines
- Collaborate and liaise with Solution Architects and Strategic Services department
- Proactively engage in high value opportunities and projects and work as part of the team as well as adding value through direct client communication as project sponsor as well as solution discussions with prospects
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams on aligning to the same goals and work collaboratively on high value prospects and projects
- Provide final review and sign off on client facing solution specifications and completed projects
- Becomes the main advocate in the team to advocate best practice and adhering to processes
- Build strong working relationships with internal technical departments
- Stay up to date with industry updates and 3rd party integrations and ensure team members are up to date as well

**YOUR PROFILE**
- At least 1 year experience in managing a technical solutions oriented team or a project management team - ideally with a SaaS Provider
- Proven successful managerial track record is a must
- Previous experience in a client facing role is a must
- A keen understanding of data structures and workflow to aid clients in project scope and implementation requirements
- Previous hands on experience in project managing technically oriented project
- Knowledge of the online marketing space is preferable
- Knowledge and previous experience of project management tools a plus
- HTML, PHP, MYSQL is an added advantage
- Excellent English and French are a prerequisite
