**Description du poste et des missions**:
Notre client est une start-up qui permet aux laboratoires de recherche de développer des environnements de culture cellulaire. Pour accompagner sa croissance, nous recherchons un Business Development Manager (H/F), pour intervenir principalement sur l’Ouest de l’Europe.

Directement rattaché à la directrice des ventes et du marketing de la société, la personne sélectionnée devra:

- Piloter le développement des ventes, suivre les projets et gérer les comptes sur les principaux marchés européens.
- Suivre le pipeline des ventes en intégrant et en mettant à jour le CRM Salesforce,- Participer à des initiatives mondiales de génération de leads grâce à des campagnes de prospection ciblées.
- Promouvoir la technologie de l'entreprise par des présentations de produits, des ateliers et une participation active à des conférences sur votre territoire, en contribuant notamment à leur planification et à leur organisation.
- Contribuer au lancement de nouveaux produits grâce à des campagnes promotionnelles.
- Fournir des informations précieuses sur les performances des produits et les tendances du marché pour alimenter l'innovation.**Profil souhaité**:
