Flow accompagne une **startup deeptech en forte croissance.** Après une phase de validation produit réussie et un début de traction solide, mon client va prochainement annoncer une Série A.

La société est en train de construire une équipe resserrée, ultra impliquée, avec une **culture d’exigence, d’autonomie et d’impact**.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un-e **People & Operations Manager** : une personne clé pour structurer les fondations internes, fluidifier l'organisation et prendre en main tous les sujets RH, admin et opérations.

Vous serez le **bras droit organisationnel** de l’équipe fondatrice. Un rôle **polyvalent, concret et stratégique à la fois**, dans lequel vous poserez les bases pour une croissance saine.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- PEOPLE & RH _
- Gérer les **onboardings** et **offboardings** : documents, matériel, intégration, fluidité
- Superviser l’**administration RH** (contrats, paie via prestataire, mutuelle, congés, etc.)
- Mettre en place les premiers **process RH** : politique interne, templates, outils, centralisation
- Être un point de contact humain pour l’équipe : écoute, relais culture, coordination
- OFFICE ET ADMINISTRATION _
- Assurer la **gestion opérationnelle du bureau** : logistique, matériel, fournisseurs, services
- Piloter l’**administration courante de la boîte** : assurances, abonnements, contrats, outils
- Être le lien avec les experts externes (compta, paie, avocats, etc.)
- COORDINATION ET EFFICACITÉ_
- **Centraliser les sujets transverses**, prioriser, organiser, documenter
- Identifier les **frictions organisationnelles** et y apporter des solutions concrètes
- Être moteur sur la **mise en place de process** simples et scalables
- Créer des ponts entre les équipes (RH, produit, tech, ops...)

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
**Dôté(e) d'un esprit vif, débrouillard(e), très structuré(e) et orienté(e) action**, avec un vrai goût pour les environnements où tout s’accélère, vous avez:

- Une **expérience réussie** dans une startup ou scale-up, **idéalement en phase d’accélération**:

- Un **passé en RH / people ops / office management**:

- Une **capacité naturelle à tout faire avancer** : vous aimez quand ça tourne, quand c’est carré, quand les gens ont ce dont ils ont besoin
- Vous êtes **ultra organisé(e)** et aimez les checklists, les outils, la transparence et la fluidité
- Vous avez une **excellente communication** écrite et orale, vous savez transmettre, écouter, clarifier
- Tu êtes à l’aise pour jongler entre **micro-gestion quotidienne** et **mise en place de systèmes durables**
