**CRM Product Owner (F/M)**

**MISSION**

You will be in charge to support the Sales activities of our Commercial Business Division by
- Being the key referent for some specific on-line sales tools, such as, but not limited to, Axens Crystal CRM “Customer Relationship Management”:

- Collecting needs for continuous improvements and evolutions, contribute to the development, test and deployment,
- Supporting tools users : training, assistance, troubleshooting, request for information, Communication, Documents/User Guide updates & archives

Taking part to the conception and development of new on-line sales tools with the IT and Digitalization Departments

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**

You will be the key contact for all topics related to CRM, with the assistance and the contribution of the CRM Key Users teams in Rueil Headquarter and in subsidiaries when requested. By doing so
- You will gather needs for CRM evolution, prioritizing and following the development
- You will take an active part in all projects related to the development and simplification of our processes linked to the CRM tool
- Collection of the needs, contribution to the development, test and deployment
- Training of CRM users
- Follow up of the project
- You will ensure that any evolution of the CRM tool is consistent with the global organization
- You will manage, as CRM MDA (Master Data Administrator) and CRM MDM (Master Data Manager) the different databases related to customers, competitors and licensors:

- You will be the referent for the management of Contacts in CRM considering GDPR regulations
- You will participate to the management of the Leads created in CRM from Axens web site through Hubspot
- You will ensure the knowledge transmission about CRM by organizing trainings for new users & refresh sessions, preparing and updating CRM user guides and, communicating on regular basis on CRM business rules and best practices
- You will collect bugs and coordinating resolution in link with IT and partners and synchronize with SAP and correct potential bugs and malfunctions
- You will ensure regular users feedbacks by launching specific surveys for CRM on regular basis

**QUALIFICATION**

You graduated with a Masters degree ideally from business, digital or Engineers schools

You have at least 3 years of experience on CRM projects (ideally on MS Dynamics): Framing, Design Deployment, Test and Follow-up

You have solid knowledge on Project Management rules and principles

You have a Good understanding of data bases and models

You are a Good Presenter

Your English is fluent

You are Proactive, have a very good analytical mindset

You can be Synthetic, Organized and Empathetic
