**Responsibilities**:

- Administration of all employee records and all HR templates
- Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments as guided
- Advise line managers in HR related matters such as leave requests, sick leave, etc. and process any employee
- Respond to employee queries including initial handling of complaints
- Exit interviews including the execution of all employee exit procedures
- Assisting Managers with policy development and implementation of training and policy
- Co-ordinate recruitment of new staff
- Carry out on-boarding process and employee inductions
- Accurately update and maintain various spread sheets with regards to employee data
- Maintain employee records in a confidential manner, create and maintain employee files
- Reference checks for new hires and ex-employees
- Reference letters for current employees
- Payroll process - Adding all new starters and leavers
- Attend various meetings as a note taker
- Duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR role with strong HR administration skills
- Demonstrated working experience in a multi-racial global business and has excellent knowledge of employment processes
- Diploma qualification in Human Resources preferred but not required
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Salary**: 28,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 75008 Paris 8e: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
