**ENTER THE GAME**

A Betclic has a strong ambition: to reinvent the online sports betting and gaming experience. Achieving this is the obsession of the Customer Experience team: a team dedicated to defining and implementing the future of the Betclic Product Experience

As a Product Designer, you will join the Customer Experience team composed of product designer, UX researcher and Product Operations Manager.

**YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC**

In this context, your duties are:

- Play an active role in creating and improving the Betclic products, while following our design processes.
- Collaborate with other designers and teams, like engineering and product in order to build user-centred, feasible, and delightful solutions.
- Partner with our UX research team and use their work as a foundation for your design solutions.
- Be a team player while being autonomous with your work and taking responsibility at every step.
- Produce concepts, prototypes, and flows, knowing when to be pixel-perfect and when low-fi sketches are the right approach.
- Help with developing and refining our design processes, standard methodologies, and design visions.

- A proactive and collaborative designer. You're comfortable building products, participating in tech discussions, and giving/receiving feedback.
- A fantastic teammate with a good sense of humour and willing to share your skills and knowledge with the rest of the team.
- You have good communication and problem-solving skills. You love to break down and simplify complex problems and you are confident to present your work at different levels of the organisation.
- You are able to deliver high-quality work and prototypes, while using and following the rules of a Design System.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**
- Betclic's headquarters are in Bordeaux (France). You must be fluent in English and even better if you speak a little bit of French or if you're willing to learn it.
- This position is open to full-remote work but only within the European Union. Extra points if you plan to relocate to France and to work in our Bordeaux office (we provide help with a relocation budget).
