In this context of rapid growth ($25M raised in Series B in March 2022), we are looking for a **Product Designer** to participate in building our artificial intelligence platform dedicated to the proper use of medication.

**️ We Need You ️**:
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help evolve our clinical decision support tools for healthcare professionals. You’ll take the lead on design for two product scopes, one on the FR side including AI products, and the other one aimed at the U.S. market. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, medical experts, UX researchers, and developers. You’ll be part of the Design team (currently 2 Product Designers and 1 Brand Designer), reporting directly to the Head of Design.

**️ What You’ll Do ️**:
**Product Mindset**:

- Design realistic solutions that consider the product, medical, regulatory, and technical contexts
- Iterate quickly and advocate for continuous improvement
- Balance user needs with business strategy
- Track and incorporate usage KPIs into your design decisions
- Align stakeholders around shared solutions, sometimes by leading workshops
- Support the Customer Operations team in validating customer integrations
- Document design decisions to support long-term collaboration

**UI/UX Craft**:

- Design elegant, accessible, and consistent interfaces with strong attention to visual details—borders, shadows, contrast, iconography, and more
- Use prototyping to test ideas and help stakeholders visualize solutions
- Approach design with a holistic view: user flow consistency, information hierarchy, and user insights
- Carefully choose words that align with the overall experience
- Conduct design reviews with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Collaborate with UX researchers to gather and translate user insights
- Design thoughtful interactions when relevant to elevate the user experience

**Design System**:

- Understand and define component structure and variants
- Write clear specs for component updates to be implemented by developers
- Contribute to the governance of the Design System alongside the lead developer by helping prioritize initiatives
- Work closely with other designers to gather needs and co-build a consistent design language

**Design Culture**:

- Actively engage in team rituals: design critiques, inspiration sharing, occasional mentoring, and evolving our ways of working
- Share progress and key insights from your product scopes (we work on closely connected scopes)

**About You***:
**Your Background**:

- At least 2—3 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience designing B2B products
- Degree in Design, Digital, or related field

- Professional fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Solid understanding of Design Systems (both use and contribution)
