Join Qonto's dynamic Legal team as a **Legal Intern (Product & AI)** for a 6-month internship **(starting date: January 2026)**, where you'll dive into the cutting-edge world of fintech law. You'll work alongside **Charlotte**, our Head of Legal (Product & AI), to tackle diverse legal challenges in product development and emerging regulations. Your contributions will directly impact Qonto's growth and innovation in the European fintech landscape.

‍‍ **As a Legal Intern (Product & AI) at Qonto, you will**
- **Contract Negotiation & Drafting**: Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts for new Qonto products, ensuring legal compliance for the launch of new features across payment and financial tool platforms.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure legal compliance while supporting business objectives (especially Regulatory, Product, Strategy, and Growth).
- **Proactive Legal Management**: Contribute to the team's proactive approach in addressing legal priorities efficiently.

**Tools we use**: Notion, GSuite, Slack, legal research tools, Microsoft

**About You**
- **Education**: You have a Master 2 Degree in French Business law and/or you have passed the bar exam and are looking for your PPI internship
- **Experience**: You have previous internship or work experience in tech, fintech, or banking sectors
- **Skills**: Strong contract negotiation and drafting abilities
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with banking, payments, and data protection regulations
- **Attributes**: Proactive, curious, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- **Languages**: You are fluent in both French and English. Mastery of another European language is a definite plus**Perks**
