Introducing the Chief of Staff position, designed for ambitious, high-potential professionals eager to work directly with the founders on an array of strategic and operational initiatives. Tasks - Spearheading cross-departmental collaboration, driving alignment and synergy across all teams to propel our sustainability goals and initiatives forward. - Developing and implementing high-impact strategies, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of our mission and vision. - Taking charge of mission-critical projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely completion, and exceptional results that fuel our company's growth. - Nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, fostering a strong network that supports our ambitious objectives. - Identifying opportunities for process optimization, streamlining operations, and driving efficiency across the organization to ensure we remain agile and innovative. - and serving as the CEO's (or the team’s actually) most trusted advisor **Requirements**: - 5 or more years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a startup or lean environment. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - You’re a leader, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional team. - You are fully fluent in English; (French is a significant plus; add. languages welcome) - You genuinely care about and deeply think about sustainability and climate (a specialization in the domain is a plus) - You choose action over antagonisation, and believe in the power of human ingenuity to rise up to challenges - You have high standards in thinking and communicating clearly. You display and expect clarity in ideas, plans and actions. - You like to get sh\*t done, and understand that nothing ever created is perfect, and that action + momentum > perfection - It’s a plus if you happen to be in Paris (or keen to relocate); otherwise we are committed to building a remote-first team, and we will just need to be sure to do the most stringent carbon removal after the regular in-person team gatherings The ball is in your court now
