As a **Sales Representative M/W** you follow and accompany in their development, a portfolio of wholesalers/distributors in decoration in Ile De France and Oise (60).

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Optimize the product range of your partner customers.
- Develop the distribution of our professional paint brands (Guittet, Sigma, Gori, Amercoat, etc.).
- Monitor the activity of our brands.
- Negotiate the terms of sale of your customers
- Provide technical support and training to your sales contacts
- Provide technical solutions (Technical Implementation Advice)
- Propose customized action plans (roadmaps) to your Regional Sales Director
- Seek out new distributors to tighten the distribution network of our brands.
- Analyze your sector and build corrective actions to improve its performance.
- Manage all your activity on the company’s CRM

QUALIFICATIONS
- Training: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Business
- Experience in Distribution/Professional Wholesalers or 2nd Construction
- Proficiency in distribution techniques as a manufacturer, decision-making and development processes and sales support.
