Your missions

1.Business development

Actively prospect Europe, MENA and Africa to target high‑potential accounts (banks, industrial

groups, funds).
- Craft an acquisition strategy aligned with revenue objectives and each segment’s buying cycle.
- Negotiate and secure multi‑year contracts by demonstrating the ROI of our certifications.
- Drive (and exceed) quarterly quotas in close collaboration with Marketing and technical teams.

2.Advisory & Client relations
- Diagnose regulatory needs and design bespoke certification solutions.
- Lead demos, webinars and executive events; speak at conferences to boost visibility and

thought leadership.
- Provide premium support throughout the client journey: proposal, audit, delivery, renewal.

3.Sales administration & reporting
- Maintain the CRM: create, enrich and continuously update prospect records.
- Drive each opportunity from first contact to closing with rigorous reporting.

Profile sought

Education
- Master’s degree (Business school, IEP or equivalent).
- Specialization in finance, compliance or certification is a strong asset.

Experience
- 2-5 years selling B2B services (audit, consulting, fintech, compliance or certification).Technical & soft skills
- Solid grasp of financial / ESG standards or keen interest in regulatory topics.
- Mastery of prospecting, negotiation and closing techniques.
- Analytical mindset, results‑oriented, high autonomy and collaborative spirit.

Languages
- Fluency in English and French required; Arabic strongly appreciated.

Location
- Role based in either Paris or Dubai (physical presence required upon start).
