**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for various tasks, including:

- Identifying the most relevant locations based on internal strategy and gather key information.
- Qualify leads interested and discover the needs of our partners
- Management of your lead pipeline in Hubspot CRM
- You have a strong commercial appetite, a proactive mindset and you like to persuade.
- You are determined and enjoy a challenge.
- You have excellent speaking skills and you know how to adapt to your contacts: you will have to approach property owners, CEOs of large property companies
- You are bilingual in French, both written and spoken.
- You are structured and meticulous: you never forget to write down everything when you qualify a prospect and your follow-up in the CRM is impeccable.
