We seek a talented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our employees in France and help us develop an HR approach aligned across our European businesses.

This is a hybrid role, with the option to split your time between working at home and at our office in Aix-en-Provence.

Your role includes the following:

- Manage the end-to-end employee administrative life cycle journey, e.g. hiring declarations, employment contracts, onboarding, preparing STCs and RCs
- Manage payroll and benefits using Silae software, ensuring accuracy and timely execution in collaboration with the payroll provider
- Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries
- Issue HR documentation and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage absenteeism with dedicated organisations (subrogation with the Social Security, provident fund)
- Manage employee and payroll records and HR database
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports
- Preparing IRP meetings in support of the HR Manager
- Manage administrative tasks related to training and professional interviews
- Liaise with third-party HR vendors and partners
- Work with the International HR team to help develop HR policies and processes and contribute to strategic HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources
- 3 - 5 years of experience as HR generalist managing payroll
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At ease working in an international, multicultural environment
- Comfortable with technology and software, proficiency with Silae (payroll software) is desirable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong empathy and high emotional intelligence, ability to build strong relationships with management and employees
- Highly organised, service-oriented, proactive and detail-oriented
