We’re looking for **an Account Manager**whose job will be to look after, satisfy and develop the customers in his/her portfolio.
**The role of the business manager**:
- At Lyon Cintrage, being a Project Manager means being the customer’s main contact, covering the whole process from technical feasibility to manufacturing follow-up and customer satisfaction. It means working in a real-life SME, surrounded by qualified technicians, on technical parts for demanding customers.
- You are the main contact for your customers and represent them internally:
- Understand their needs and transpose them to the specifics of our businesses
- Analyze specifications, prepare business cases. This implies constant interaction with our technicians and production.
- Define price levels and payment terms. You prepare quotations in our integrated ERP system
- Get orders and launch them
- Follow-up is taken care of by production, you ensure commercial follow-up
- Target markets are Defense/Security, Nuclear and Aerospace.
- Expand your portfolio:
- We regularly receive incoming requests
- Take a forward-looking approach
**Profile and Skills**:
- You have a BTS, DUT or engineering degree. If you come from a sales background, make sure you’re interested and ready to dive into the technical side of things.
- Knowledge of nuclear power is a plus
- You have an appetite for business development.
- Technical skills related to our business: blueprint reading, spatial vision, welding, brazing and soldering
