**Meaningful Work From Day One**:
Working very closely with the GTR Global Marketing Manager (GTR GMM), with the wider GTR team, as well as the global brand teams, the GTR Global Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing a critical part of our portfolio.
The role starts with some strategic support to the GTR GMM, expands towards deeper brand planning responsibility, and further to superbe executions, to deliver sustained material brand growth.
The Global Brand Manager will lead the development of programmes and initiatives across the marketing mix, working collaboratively with the regional GTR leaders to deliver upon identified brand business objectives within the Travel Retail channels and US Military. This role embraces brands goals setting, on-going performance reporting/monitoring as well as reporting back on the results to the wider GTR organization.

**What You Can Expect**:
**Overall brand Planning**
- Supports the GTR GMM Emerging & Super Premium Brands in developing the global brands & portfolio strategies to grow and enhance our business in the relevant channels, be it airport, cruise, bordershop, military or in-flight.
- Manages and exceptionally execute the global brand plans working closely with the GTR GMM, the commercial & finance teams as well as with the agency partners
- Ensures GTR is deploying best-in-class methodology to reach consumers through these specific channels.
- Coordinates goals and activations through all listed stakeholders to ensure volume and business goals are achieved.
- Secure solid business activity measurement
- Toolkit Development: develop appropriate communication platforms and tools relevant to the GTR customers. Coordinates appropriately to ensure these toolkits are well aligned with brand strategies and effective brand building methods.
- Trade Show Attendance and Customer Meetings: serve as “face of the brand” and leader in establishing productive relationships with customers through various meeting formats, including trade shows.
**Brand Communication and Creative platform/toolkit development**
- Work closely with GTR GMM and the GTR Integrated Communication Manager to support integrated communication strategies & plans, ensuring they are rooted into the brands positioning and consumer insight driven.
**Product Innovation**
- Contribute to innovation pipeline planning with cross functional collaboration: Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Supply
- Plan and execute impactful launches of new products, core and limited release
**Functional & Leadership Capabilities**
- World Class marketeer - strong ground in marketing
- Project Management: ability to manage high volume of projects simultaneously, managing each to on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Evidenced cross functional project management
**What You Bring To The Table**:
- BA in marketing or other business related functions plus demonstrable experience in marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
- Business and financial acumen: able to identify challenges, suggest and take appropriate action and identify future opportunities for growth. Utilizing brand P&Ls, pricing & discounting, GP analytics etc.
- Proficiency in Google, in excel, PowerPoint, Word and GTR analytic tools (Tableau, IWSR, Generation, ETQ, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven successful track record in agency management
- A self-starter, comfortable working without constant supervision
