- **Mission**

Join us as a Product Marketing Manager to drive Qonto's growth in France by winning the French market through strategic product penetration and accelerated adoption of new products. You'll be the voice of the market, and a critical business partner to our local Managing Director, owning the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Qonto products within the French market.

You will work closely with Alice Frantz, our Head of Product Marketing, and join a team of Product Marketing experts focused on making Qonto the everyday finance workspace that SMEs love across Western Europe.

‍‍ **As a Product Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will**
- **Uncover product insights**: Lead competitive intelligence efforts, gather and analyze customer product insights, and act as the authoritative voice of French users - ensuring local product/feature needs and opportunities are continuously surfaced to shape Qonto’s product roadmap.
- **Own the product feedback loop**: Build and maintain a robust feedback process between French customers, commercial teams, and Product. Synthesize product local feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations, partnering with product teams to influence prioritization and future product development for the French market.
- **Localize and launch products to drive adoption**: Adapt Qonto’s global product strategy and messaging to the French market, ensuring local relevance and compliance. Lead go-to-market plans and customer activation initiatives to maximize product adoption and engagement among French SMEs.
- **Enable commercial teams**: Develop and tailor sales enablement materials, training, and support for Sales and Customer Success teams in France - ensuring they have the resources, messaging, and confidence to win in the market.
- **Deliver measurable impact**: Take full ownership of strategic product projects and initiatives for France. Set clear success metrics and use data to demonstrate the impact of your work on product adoption, activation rates, and business growth.

**What you can expect**
- **Strategic market focus**: You'll be recruiting for the French market to win in France, tackling major strategic challenges in terms of product penetration and business objectives in one of our key markets.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Manage relationships with 30-40 regular stakeholders including Regional Managing Director, local marketing teams, product teams, and central teams like Sales, Customer Success, and BI.
- **High-impact role**: This is a highly strategic, versatile role with strong business acumen and helicopter view of both market and company, positioning you as a true partner to the Regional Managing Director.

Alice Frantz, Head of Product Marketing, brings 10+ years of experience driving scalable solutions and operational excellence in dynamic tech environments. With a proven track record at Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon, Alice has built high-performing teams and led cross-functional initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes. She established the product marketing function from the ground up at Appinio and co-led company-wide global repositioning strategies. Alice will provide you with the strategic guidance and support to excel in this role while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
