Transversal Project Manager will be responsible for driving cross functional projects and topics leading to Business Improvement in accordance with strategic importance for the CMA CGM Group. He will have to assess the functional value versus the overall chain of value. Job position will be focused on Agency’ scope however it will also cover some lines or Regional Office items affecting agencies.

Core Responsibilities

Manage transversal projects to improve Agencies Network effectiveness.

Manage stakeholder communication related to transversal project deployments

Coordinate New Core Model design & implementation with Functional Leaders, local managers & Sponsors

Prepare Agencies to Core Model changes and use the HO/RO relays and BPM/QPM for implementing the required changes

Work closely with HO and RO functional leaders to assess their processes impact on other agency functions

Identify inefficiency and deal with the relevant parties to reduce waste (lean approach)

Track and document all major Country deviations to the Core Model

Evaluate project risks in collaboration with other stakeholders and identify risk mitigation plans

Assess Change Management impacts affecting agency population

Contribute to internal key projects (360 Missions, Quote to Cash, Agency deployments )

Support GEN strategic projects (Clusters, GBS transitions, offshoring to third parties )

Build business cases with agency and HO leaders to improve revenue, customer experience and reduce costs

Monitor business value brought by transversal projects

Required Capability

This role requires project, process & change management skills, conceptual and strategic thinking with advanced problem-solving skills.

Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in the field of shipping & Logistics; experience in shipping Agency is an advantage

Successful track record in Transversal Project Implementation & Change management in a multicultural and geographically diverse organization/s.

Exposure and understanding on process improvement methodologies.

Strong change management skills with influence and negotiation capabilities.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Certificate in Project Management will be an added advantage
