The position of Group Finance Data Analyst support sthe Group Finance Data Manager in the identification, organization and retrieval of our key financial information, in order to accelerate the pace of our digitalization and maintain good conditions of usage.

Data governance & management
- Assesses content, origin and usage of Finance Data, proposes and maintains modifications in glossaries & dictionaries
- Puts in place quality indicators on Finance Data:

- Identification or construction of the relevant KPIs, to track compliance with set up rules
- Regular control or retrieval for audit of these KPIs at various levels of the organization and in the various systems / databases / products using these data
- Maintains list of systems, users, needs, projects addressing Finance Data, with associated priorities and schedules
- Maintains current inventory of Data Objects & Data Products, and data architecture of systems consuming Finance Data
- Follows data remediation processes which have been set up

Data products & analytics
- Designs new data products based on Finance data - with additional cross data of other domains
- Monitors and improves existing data products
- Defines and coordinates developments of data analytics solutions - with the help of experts (Center of Excellence’s data scientist, BI engineers,): dashboards, simulations, IA oriented or machine learning programs,

Data organization & communities
- Participates in the animation of the Finance Data community
- Supports data users in their understanding of the Finance data and data products available

**Profile Required**

**Personal Background**
- Business or engineering education
- 5+ years of experience in data or project management
- Experience in digital solutions implementation (such as but not limited to ERP, Costing modules, Reporting, etc.)
- Experience in Finance (business or systems) a plus
- Good level French and English
- Passionate about the quality of data and the evolution of Finance digitalization

**Skills & Abilities**
- Strong digital skills with a focus on data models & visualization of outputs
- Business and data acumen, process oriented
- Rigorous, curious, good relational skills
- Ability to work in transversal mode projects, with agile methodology
