**Responsibilities**:
Core Responsibilities:
This role will oversee the execution from pre-sale RFP to post-delivery client reporting for all Netflix and Owned & Operated (O&O) buyers. They will be responsible for brief processing, campaign/deal setup and creative submission for buyers, tasked with optimizing delivery against buyer metrics and supply, and providing delivery insights for future rebuy and upsell opportunities. This role will serve as a technical expert for teams across Xandr and be a front-line champion for the success of Netflix and our O&O business as a whole. Through deep understanding of the supply (Netflix, O&O), the Account Manager will provide valued insights to Account Executives and clients that highlight areas of success and opportunity for increased spend against buyer metrics. They will be a trailblazer that has comfort in both the ambiguity of a startup and tenacity for improving existing process and business as usual approaches.
- Lead GCS Execution Excellence in collaboration with local Sales LT, Global Partners and Corp.
- Offer white glove customer service to media agencies and advertisers to develop long-standing relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze data and trends to proactively offer recommendations and solutions to upsell and renew existing clients with innovative ideas that focus on growing business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from presales to campaign wrap up to address all client needs.
- Provide campaign insights, reporting, and optimization suggestion to clients directly and through their AE partners.
- Deliver post-campaign reporting inclusive of campaign highlights, challenges, and rebuy opportunities.
- Provide instructions to technical operations and trading partner teams for each opportunity.
- Build new advertising solutions and constantly innovate with changing programmatic trading needs.
