**Présentation**:
Focus Recrutement est une entité pluridisciplinaire regroupant plusieurs cabinets spécialisés par domaine professionnel.

Nous recherchons actuellement, un(e) IT Coordinator dans le cadre d’une mission de 3 mois pour l’un de nos clients, spécialisé dans le Retail et situé à Paris 8eme (75).

Au sein d’une équipe de 4 personnes, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Coordination et suivi des prestataires IT pour les boutiques françaises et belges (environ 20).
- Escalade tickets avec le global IT + interface entre les boutiques et le « tech support »
- Support IT auprès des boutiques et support Omnichannel (RFID, Gkpos, Meraki ) en appui de l’omnichannel Manager.
- Gestion complète des ouvertures/fermetures/refit « IT » des boutiques dans le périmètre France, en collaboration avec l’équipe architecture locale et globale.
- Accompagnement & assistance des utilisateurs magasins et visites ponctuelles en boutiques afin de s’assurer que le parc IT est fonctionnel.
- Garant de « l’harmonie IT » dans les boutiques du périmètre France + (contrat télécoms, maintien en condition des baies informatiques, gestion du parc IT )
- Conduite/pilotage de déploiements de solutions informatiques en magasins.
- Participations à la mise en place d’appel d’offres.
- Principal contact local pour les réunions IT retail France et global.
- Backup et assistance lors des périodes de forte activité des fonctions support IT pour les Sièges et showrooms Français et Belges.

**Profil**:

- Vous disposez d'une expérience similaire de 3 à 5 ans ;
- Vous avez une attitude positive et possédez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles. Le sens du service, l’écoute, le dynamisme, l’esprit d’équipe et l’autonomie font partie intégrante de vos valeurs.
- Vous serez amené à échanger quotidiennement en anglais, un niveau courant est donc nécessaire
- Vous possédez un bon niveau d’anglais (échanges quotidiens)

**Informations**:

- Rémunération jusqu’à 48k€ selon profil ;
- Mission interim 3 mois pouvant être pérennisée ;
- Vous êtes disponible immédiatement ;
- Télétravail possible 3jrs/semaine possible ;
- Paris 8ème (75).
