We're looking for a **Customer Configuration Specialist** **to join our Lightspeed team in Paris. You will assist our customers in becoming successful with our products, since their success is our success You will be part of our Launch Services team within the Customer Success division, which is a dynamic, passionate, hard-working international team, keen on sharing knowledge and striving to push limits daily, to deliver the best customer experience
You will be responsible for setting up the newly signed B2B customer operating in the Hospitality Industry. A large focus will be placed on menu and account configuration, as well as conducting remote customer hardware installations of all different components of their technical setup, including printer configurations, networking, payment terminals, iPad, iOS & Apple ID configuration, Kitchen Display Systems etc.
**What you'll be doing**:
During intake meetings with the customer you'll make sure to understand their needs and workflows and after that you'll get to work on setting up the menu, the floorplan and connecting their hardware. Where necessary, you'll make sure that the B2B customers are trained on the management, regular use and ownership of their software, to get started using it and launched successfully. Ultimately your day-to-day will consist of both facilitating configuration of the point of sale Back Office including menu creation and general account setup, as well as the hardware installation. In order to succeed, you will need to have experience with high level customer service, some Hospitality experience, and can adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high energy environment.
- Ensuring the successful and timely launch of all customers and accounts that you work with
- Owning and facilitating remote sessions with customers to identify their needs, and get started delivering them
- Designing and configuring customer menus based on their submitted menu files
- Creating floor plans, configuring the the Back Office
- Connecting and configuring hardware, including printers, iPads, payment terminals, Kitchen Display Systems and more
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Providing additional training to the customer where necessary
- Working closely with Launch Coordinators, Implementation Specialists, the Sales team and the Support team to deliver the best customer experience
Working closely with the rest of the Launch Services team and other Configuration specialists to improve processes
- Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM and other online tools
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through each stage of the post-sales relationship, including onboarding, follow-ups, and hand-off to support

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.
**How you will know you are kicking ass**:
- Executing menus in the adhered time period
- Consistently achieve onboarding CSAT targets
- Achieve SLAs and deadlines for merchant go-live dates
- Successfully set up any hardware during remote installations
**What you need to bring**:
- Working experience in customer-facing activities in Hospitality or B2B environment
- Excellent communications skills - written & verbal in **French **and English
- Excellent command of spreadsheet navigation and management (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc)
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, understand and teach tech concepts
- Passion for technology
- You have strong time management abilities and know how to prioritise tasks
- You are curious by nature, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo and explore innovative ways of doing what you do best
