CONTEXTE

Au sein de notre centre de service du Transport, vous travaillerez avec l’équipe gestion de projet pour réaliser la coordination générale de tous les sujets de l’un de nos clients.

OBJECTIFS DE LA MISSION

Vous accompagnerez la direction des projets:
 Récupération et mis à jour des KPI GUICHETS mensuels. Préparation du support COPROJ mensuel pour le référent Domaine

 Animation GUICHETS mensuelle (Présentation des KPI, revue des projets, informations sur l’équipe / CDS, tour de table, next steps, nouveautés etc )

 Recueil des nouveaux besoins et évolutions des process/KPI

 Ecriture des EB OS trimestriels et PV

 Participation au plan d’amélioration continue pour le CDS SII (Recueil des évolutions, synthèse de ceux-ci via le livrable officiel) Recueil et synthèse des imputations des agents sur le projet DIGIFIRST - Mise à jour des heures déclarées et imputées pour chaque région.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une Ecole d’Ingénieur en dernière année d’études ou d’une formation universitaire Bac +5. Compétences souhaitées : aisance relationnelle/ orale, proactivité, rigueur. Connaissances apprécié : réseaux WAN/LAN/MAN.
