Key Account Manager

Location: Paris, France

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree, experience in sales
- Working experience: at least 1 year of experience in the retail or consumer industry or similar job key activities and responsibilities, excellent communication skills, excellent sales skills,
- Fluent French, comfortable using English to communicate with colleagues in other countries (fluent level in English is not required)
- Plus requirements: To have been working with startups before. To know Spanish.
- Experiences abroad

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, execute, and direct domestic Key Account retailers, including the development of account strategies, implementation of strategy, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies
- Build and develop long-term relationships with domestic clients.
- Maintaining a good relationship with key accounts
- Responding to key clients’ needs as well as claims or complaints
- Responsible for expanding business through strategic alliances and distribution agreements
- Create the Marketing plan for each account based on the key commercial dates and activations, present it to each client and implement it in the different channels
- Drive sell-out in collaboration with the client through trade marketing promotions and activities, comply with visual merchandising standards, and enhance in-store customer experience
- Act toward increasing country sales performance as well as improving profitability and retail performance
- Build a deep understanding of the FOREO brand with our stakeholders and accurately represent this to staff, providing them with in-depth knowledge, when necessary
- Create and maintain stock level tracking & sales reporting relating to the domestic retail field
- In collaboration with the marketing team, lead and implement sales & trade marketing plan and ensure all the sales activities, such as merchandising, promotion, and services are correctly implemented across the distribution
- Collaborate with the marketing teams on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
- All other activities according to Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements
- Strategic POS visits based on priorities.
