We are all foodies at heart and work together in a flexible, multicultural, and positive environment that provides everyone with space to grow, both professionally and personally. **What will you do?** In direct contact with operational staff, and supervised and trained by senior legal counsels, you will take part in the various activities of the Legal Department, in particular: - reviewing, analyzing and drafting commercial contracts; - drafting and reviewing game rules for B2C game contests; - validation of visuals for campaigns and marketing communications; - legal research and drafting of legal notes on specific points of commercial law, consumer law, personal data laws, new technologies laws, etc. ; - managing pre-litigation and litigation; - updating the department's documentation and databases. **Who you are?** - You are an "élève avocat" with at least a Masters 2 or LLM (Business Law, Contract Law, New Technology Law, etc.); ideally you have completed your first work placement in a legal department or law firm. - You have a very good level of English; a 3rd language is appreciated. - A third language, a module in Anglo-Saxon, German or Italian law and experience in personal data law are pluses. - You have good writing and summarizing skills and a practical rather than academic approach. - You are a fast learner and have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
