B. What it’s all about

⭐ Contribute to a broad range of financial activities to help scale the business:

- Support the financial forecasting activities and develop monthly financial actuals reporting
- Assess business performance by tracking & monitoring key finance and operation KPIs
- Work directly with the Head of Finance & CEO and be a critical partner to Senior Management to provide business performance insights

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built, and gain strong FP&A skills as well as marketplace/e-commerce knowledge

C. Team structure
- You will be among the first to join the Finance team, reporting directly to Camille (Head of Finance)
- You will regularly engage with our CEO (Quentin) and the Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams

- Role & Responsibilities

**We're looking for passionate personalities committed to**:
a) Support the financial forecasting activities
- Contribute to monthly and annual budget cycles
- Coordinate budget inputs across functions & countries

b) Own reporting activities to assess business performance
- Develop monthly financial actuals reportings, in collaboration with the accounting team
- Build and optimize business KPIs dashboards
- Perform variance analyses between Actuals and Budget, and support presentations of results to Senior Management

c) Support teams with various finance analyses to improve performance and grow the business
- Support Head of Finance during the next fundraising process, notably during the Due Diligence process
- Perform Marketing & Tech costs deepdives by working with marketing & tech teams
- Work with Country Managers by performing ad-hoc financial analyses to help them in their decision-making

Vos compétences

Key Requirements
- You have a good understanding of financials statements, key financial & operational KPIs, and how Business operations impact them
- You have already had an internship experience in a finance role previously
- Excellent MS excel (or Google sheets) skills, at ease with building & tracking KPIs dashboards, and reconciling financials across various set of data
- You have strong analytical skills to support your decisions
- You like to work in autonomy & in a fast-paced environment
- You speak French & English with professional efficiency
