**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our international team of around 10 professionals managing major global clients across Europe and beyond.
Your role:
As part of the Global Key Accounts team, you will play a central role in driving strategic growth, managing high-level relationships, and coordinating complex projects for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
You will report to the VP Global Strategic Customers and EMEA Marketing & Sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Account Development**:
- Define and lead global strategies tailored to each client’s environment and priorities.
- Identify business opportunities and lead high-stakes negotiations to drive revenue and long-term value.
- Position our company as a preferred global partner through harmonized processes, pricing, and service models.
**2. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships at all organizational levels.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators and regularly report on partnership progress.
**3. Project Coordination & Delivery**:
- **Coordinate the implementation of solutions in line with client expectations and project timelines.
- Support proposal development and ensure operational execution with cross-functional teams.
- Anticipate and resolve issues related to project delivery and resource planning.
**4. Best Practices & Business Development**:
- Contribute to building a center of expertise bysharing best practices and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Participate in internal improvement projects to enhance account management across the organization.
**YOUR PROFILE**
**You**:
Proven experience in strategic account management or B2B business development in an international context.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
