You will be responsible for supporting our B2B customers, some of whom are very well known (Groupama, SNCF, Mairie de Paris, etc.), in the use of our solution in order to ensure the best possible user experience. **Missions**: The trainee will be able to work with Deepki's clients and be managed by a team leader: **Project manager activities**: - Analysis of client data and drafting of deliverables (reporting, analyses, energy balances, etc.); **Consulting activities**: In relation with the consulting team, you will participate in high value-added missions for public and private sector clients: - Support for strategic and operational projects for the implementation of our clients' CSR approaches; - Participation in the capitalisation of expertise by producing internal notes and documentation. ***: **Required skills**: - Project management; - Quality and methodology; - Communication and teaching skills; - Sense of customer contact; - You are fluent in French. **Nice-to-have skills**: - Fluency in English and/or Spanish and/or German is a plus; - Interest in sustainable development; - Interest/experience in computer development or data analysis. **What you'll learn (or strengthen) from this experience**: - To exercise a technical and commercial function; - Work in an energetic and international team, within a dynamic and passionate ecosystem where everyone's initiatives have their place. **Equal Opportunity Employer statement** Don't meet every single requirement, but only 70 or 80%?
