**Job description**:
**Define/Establish**
- To analyze ACC project V&V requirements and identify the team workload.
- To attribute ACC V&V leader ACC project and finalize the QCDP KPI
- To validate with V&V leader and testlab manager the validation
- and test strategy.
- To manage the V&V team in compliancy with ACC HR policy.
- To establish functional safety validation respecting requirements of legislation, international standards as part of compliance matrix of customer projects during RFQ and development process.

**Build**
- To build the V&V test team workload and budget during RFI/RFQ phase with testlab and experts.
- To identify the V&V organization adjustment to be more ACC project team efficient.
- To identify the V&V organization budget (OPEX).
- To evaluate and improve cooperation/partnership with testlab for better efficiency.
- To build and deploy all processes/tools/KPI to demonstrate compliancy of product to functional safety requirements.

**Guarantee**
- To respect the ACC V&V project in term of QCDP
- To support the V&V team in term of technical reports before release.
- To define and manage the V&V team KPI and report evolution monthly and to monitor/adjust the V&V processes.
- To ensure most effective & efficient validation of functional product safety requirements with the help of appropriately specified set of safety test
- and simulation cases in close cooperation with system development, customer as well as Test
- & Simulation teams.

**Lead**
- To lead and organize the V&V activities with relevant functions of ACC project and testlab.
- To follow and support V&V lead with V&V team by providing defined V&V activities corresponding defined DVP and TF-activities.
- To lead with V&V leader schedule & budget for validation & qualification according project reorientation/priorities.
- To lead safety-related activities according to commercial agreement between ACC & Supplier.
- To manage with validation-, test
- & simulation
- experts & managers allocation of test
- and simulation resources for validation of functional product safety related requirements
- To manage the quality system, processes and relevant KPI of Validation Safety team compliant with applicable standards.
- To lead risk assessments for new product & process aspects in close cooperation with systems engineering teams and customer to ensure safety compliance.

**Contribute**
- To share best practices within ACC test team (e. g. template, process, product tests results, technical expertise -thermal/environmental/safety Li ion technology)
- V&V team hiring process management.
- To update KPI & reporting according to ACC process and objectives

**Share **
- To develop new tools/KPI for V&V activities

Safety Validation Manager is also in charge of:

- Defining the main ACC and project Safety objectives.
- Providing Safety Expertise to the team members.
- Validation of Safety Validation deliverables.
- Follow-up of the actions plans /owner/schedule proposed in agreement.
- Establishing the standards and procedures for Safety Validation related activities.
- Escalation to Product Safety officer/ customer all Safety issues.
- Ensuring that adequate resources are available to support all Safety activities, in-house or at supplier's (sub-contractors).

**Profile**:
**Skills requirements**:

- Electrical, Physical Measurement, Environmental/mechanical/thermal safety tests,
- FMECA/PFMEA, fault tree,
- Main safety regulation (ISO 26262, IEC61508),
- Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Safety concept ,
- Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and storage regulation,
- Budget, hiring and objectives management.
- Min 10 years in similar job activities with V&V team management (Eng & technician). & activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with the respect QCDP
