**What You'll Do**:
En tant que Senior Sales Manager France au sein de l'équipe Enterprise, vous serez chargé de cultiver les prospects des agences Dentsu & Heroiks de développer les clients existants, d'initier et de gérer un cycle de vente multi-produits jusqu'à sa conclusion.
En collaborant avec de grandes marques et agences, vous faciliterez les réunions de planification commerciale conjointe ainsi que les discussions sur le développement stratégique de la croissance. Vous élaborerez des plans de compte de vente et serez responsable des prévisions afin d'atteindre les objectifs trimestriels.
**Vos missions**:
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de développement commercial tout en contribuant aux objectifs globaux de l'équipe.
- Fournir un service client de qualité pour stimuler la croissance des revenus avec le portefeuille de grands clients existants.
- Agrandir et développer votre portefeuille grâce à une prospection constante.
- Développer et maintenir des relations à tous les niveaux avec les marques, les agences et les détaillants.
- Prospecter, pénétrer et créer de nouvelles relations avec les agences médias si nécessaire.
- Promouvoir de nouveaux produits et solutions sur le marché.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits grâce aux relations internes avec les équipes de produits et de service client.
- Identifier et comprendre les tendances du secteur de la vente au détail, ce qui rend une campagne réussie et appliquer les enseignements pour générer de nouvelles affaires.
- Assister aux principaux événements de l'industrie et aux cérémonies de remise de prix pour construire un réseau solide.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe des stratèges de compte pour tirer parti des contacts existants et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
- Gérer avec précision le pipeline et être responsable des nouvelles opportunités et des opportunités existantes sur plusieurs produits.
**Who You Are**:
- Expérience préalable dans la vente de médias numériques, display et e-commerce
- Vente en face à face avec les clients
- Bonne connaissance des agences ‘Big 6’
- Relations établies avec des contacts clés des agences
- Compétences en négociation et influence de décision
- Capacité à comprendre les besoins commerciaux des clients et à positionner des solutions de manière rapide et personnalisée
- Passionné par les nouveaux médias et la valeur ajoutée de Criteo et du performance Marketing (Web & App) dans l’industrie de la publicité en ligne
