Today, EVBox has grown into an international team across multiple offices in Europe and the United States, with hundreds of driven professionals from different walks of life working for us. **Who we are** The MRA Team Mission is to manage the strategic multi-regional customer partners and establish a framework for multi-regional deals to ensure long term client satisfaction as well as help grow revenues in the Regions. **About the positions**: We are looking for a Sales Manager MRA, based in Bordeaux or Paris (flexible). As a Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for: - Strategic governance and coordination of the multi-regional accounts that are assigned to the Senior Sales Manager; - Deal qualification and tender management; - Negotiations of framework agreements; and - Feedback and market stirring. **1. Functional knowledge**: - Establish and maintain strong and lasting relations with customer partners. - Develop strategic account pipeline. - Create cross and deep sell opportunities. - Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short - and long-term sales and margins. - Regularly follow-up on sales pipeline and register all relevant activities (call/mail/f2f meetings) in salesforce. - Liaise effectively with the regional sales teams, marketing, product management, operations, and peers in the Customer Organization. - Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactively advice on the sales forecast. - Help optimize sales processes. **2. Business expertise**: - Become and act as a product/solution/service expert on the competitive landscape and act as the primary product evangelist in the appointed sales domain. - Train, guide, and coach other team members. - Coordinate and collaborate with Customer Leadership Team on preferred GTM for products and services. **3. Leadership**: - As it concerns a senior role a high level of independency is expected. - Implement strategy and organization plans and work processes. - Coordinate the transfer and securing of commercial and product knowledge. - Coordinate commercial activities with other departments continuously, especially Regional Sales Teams. **4. Interpersonal skills**: - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration skills and teamwork. - _ **Requirements**: Qualification/Experience: - Bachelor's/Master's degree - Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales and Account Management.****: - Experience in industry(/ies) combining sales/delivery of HW, SW and services.****: - Knowledge and experience with the EV Industry (its technology, and key players) is a strong pre. - Proven ability to identify and implement best practices in Sales. - Proficiency at MS Office package - Experience with SalesForce is a strong pre.*** General skills: - Ability to influence at a senior level both internally and externally. - Customer centricity and problem-solving attitude. - Sense of responsibility as well as organizational and project management skills. - Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - **Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Having proficiency in a third language, such as German, is a strong pre.**: - Acumen in setting sales coverage, leveraging territory coverage and customer focus (e.g., direct and indirect channels). - Valid driving license as this position involves regular customer visits. - Ability to manage multiple topics/projects while delivering on established timelines. - Maintain personal effectiveness and people focus under pressure.
