We are looking for a **Head of systems and equipment procurement **to come onboard in our **Operations and Procurement **Directorate **in **Olivier **’s team : a team of 40 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- Managing a team of 8 buyers in charge:

- Selecting OEMs through RFP process
- Yearly prices negotiations
- Supporting operational teams into resolving issues with suppliers (delays in developments, delays in deliveries, quality issues, etc ).
- Managing claims notification and resolution in relation with legal department.
- Following and forecasting cost base evolution,
- Preparing the inputs for the yearly budget preparation (OP),
- Benchmark and keep the knowledge of the market to cope with the needs of the different ATR Directorates,
- Represent ATR when necessary: visit at supplier’s facilities, events, working groups
- Propose areas of processes improvements to his/her management.
- Lead (recruitment, newcomer integration, workload appropriateness) and motivate the team by coaching, defining of targets, assuring annual assessments and defining adequate measures for people development.

**_About you _**
- Commercial degree with solid technical background, OR engineering degree with solid experience in business positions.
- Good knowledge of aerospace business,
- Management,
- Good knowledge of supply chain and purchasing processes,
- Capability to write contractual documents (legal background is preferable),
- Good knowledge of aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance,
- Negotiation skills (in English and in French),
- SAP,
- Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Good communication, (written / spoken in English),
- Capability to work in team and to coordinate work with other teams.

- Manager une équipe de 8 acheteurs ayant en charge:

- La sélection des équipementiers au travers du processus d’appel d’offres
- La négociation des prix chaque année
- De supporter les
