***Job description**:
Swan is expanding rapidly across Europe, with recruitment playing a pivotal role in driving our success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of the talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to **Amélie**, our Team Lead.

In this role, you'll oversee the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the company's evolving needs.

**Main tasks**
- **Recruit the Best Talents**: Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. Proactively identify and engage top talent, conduct thorough screening interviews, present a well-qualified shortlist to hiring managers, and manage the process through to offer acceptance.
- **Collaborate with Hiring Managers**: Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- **Talent Acquisition Projects**: Work on various talent acquisition projects such as Employer branding, refining processes, and optimizing recruitment tools.

**You’re a great match if**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with 4+ years of experience, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable recruiting across diverse functions and locations (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy).
- Strong aptitude for leveraging Swan’s product, culture, and mission to attract and engage the right talent.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
