MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES Innopreneur and Beauty addict, the future Project manager will contribute to the success of the Skin, Sun & Hybrids categories and inspire to fuel our Innovation pipeline. We are looking for a fearlessly kind team player, ready to undefine Beauty, pulse inspiration, unearth game changing technical insights and co-design desirable, sustainable and winning innovations. **Uncovering technical insights**: > Actively involved in the identification of Technical insights and Innovation platforms by deep diving into market and product intelligence analysis (competition screening, INCI research ) in close collaboration with Consumer Market Insights (CMI), Consumer & Sensory Science teams (CSS) and Incubator & Open Innovation teams (IOI). - Participation in International fairs with IOI team and organization of debriefs to internal stakeholders such as R&D, Marketing teams at the occasion of regular catch ups and R&D Innovation days - Conducting and cascading Weekly hot Technical Insights reviews to R&D - Implementing a physical and digital competition and external partners product solutions library **360 Activation & fuelling our Brands Innovation plans**: > Future innovation platforms curation and technical conceptualization (new technologies discovery, neo formulations, new formats, reinvented gestures, narrative intelligence ) of product solutions in light of the consumer aspirations, brands equity, market evolution and with relevant business rationale **Upstream Internal & External co-creation**: > The Project manager will be the SPOC of several of our brands and is responsible for developing strong relationships with Marketing, Global R&D partners, Procurement and TPM - Feeding the Inspiration phase and co-designing with Marketing, R&D Product Development future concepts and product offers **Innovation scouting on external partners**: > Identifying key partners worldwide proposing new product solutions in line with the business priorities and in collaboration with the Discovery & Innovation team, Global R&D partners and Procurement - Ensuring the best transition and activation of Innovations via a specific handover process dedicated to R&D Product Development teams QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s Degree in Chemistry - 3-4 years experience in R&D Prospective Innovation or Development with experience acquired preferably in the Skincare category - Highly creative profile, “Innopreneurial” spirit - Flexibility, resilience, team spirit, strong ownership, high accountability, solution-driven - Strong organizational approach & analytical skills - Good knowledge of TPM environment CONCLUDING Our people make us who we are.
