**Position**: Executive Assistant (EA)
**Contract type**:Permanent/CDI

**Location**: 43 Avenue de l'Opera, 75002 Paris
**Hybrid arrangement**: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
**Responsibilities**
- Full diary management for junior and senior professionals
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences both internally and externally
- Arranging international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, cars etc.) via the company travel partner
- Assisting in preparation and printing of presentations & proposals
- Completing corporate card expenses and out-of-pocket expenses via the Workday system
- Procuring stationery and other office supplies
- Archiving, filing, scanning and printing documents
- Occasional administrative assistance for colleagues from other office locations when they visit the Paris office
- Occasional cover for Support Team members' administrative tasks, for example in cases of short-term leave or illness
- Various team support tasks such as reception of guests at the Temasek office, interactions with office suppliers, booking meeting rooms and upkeep of internal files
- Support of special projects like team offsites, office events, advisory board meetings, recruitment efforts, communication events and institutional relationship building
- General ad-hoc office duties
**Requirements**:
- 5-8 years of EA experience, ideally within the Financial Services industry or in a fast-paced international work environment
- Experience working for a global team, including an appreciation of cultural differences, and efficiency working across different time zones
- Proficient in Advanced MS Office including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a team player with a proactive attitude, take initiative and be able to work with limited supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels with perfect bilingual proficiency inEnglish and French
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, often with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Workday for processing expenses is a plus
