You are responsible for managing the indirect purchasing process within your main categories **Marketing, Sales and Professional Services**. - Price and contract negotiations with external suppliers and partners - Execute RFPs and tenders - Development and implementation of sourcing and procurement guidelines and contract standards - Bundling of sourcing activities - Implementation of sourcing initiatives and international benchmarking projects - Spend - and supplier analysis - Identification of optimization potentials - Maintain necessary activities in the Compliance Tool - Regular communication with procurement country organisations - Regular update of saving - and performance reports INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS - Internal : Internal Budget-& Contract Owners/ all Departments / Legal / Controlling - External : Suppliers **Thank you to send you resume in english.** **Qualifications**: **Previous experience **:A professional with 6 to 8 years working experience as a Strategic Buyer (preferably Indirect Spend in the categories **Marketing, Communications, Call Centers, Professional Services**) in an international environment with a strong affinity for Procurement **Education level / certificates **:Master degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Procurement or Finance) **Languages : Fluency in English** and a second language **Computer skills and software used **:Office & Google tools **Personal characteristics **:team spirit, strong relationship capability, open towards changes **Ma
