We are seeking a Global Medical Training Coordinator to join our Global Medical Affairs team At bioMérieux, the Medical Affairs ambition is to advance the value of bioMérieux diagnostic solutions to improve patient outcomes and address unmet medical needs, through innovation and product optimization, evidence generation, and knowledge dissemination.

This position will be based at our Marcy de l’Etoile site with 5-10% of travel domestically and internationally.

**What will be your responsibilities ?
**You will be responsible for the design and development of medical trainings supporting product launches and Company priorities to equip our field colleagues with the relevant medical knowledge for interacting and building trustful relationships with Healthcare Professionals. A collaborative approach to work in a highly matrixed environment is desired for the success in this position.

Main accountabilities:

- Map medical training needs and identify synergies between Global/Regions and/or across Regions.
- Design, coordinate and develop medical training including digital aspects, organize live training sessions
- Propose and implement innovative formats to diversify medical training approaches
- Work closely with the Medical Communication team member to ensure effective communication of medical training activities in line with the Corporate guidelines
- Develop relationships internally with key internal stakeholders (e.g. global marketing, learning and development departments) and externally with KOLs and Experts for possible engagement in medical trainings activities
- Participate in cross functional meetings including marketing brand plan and provide input on medical training needs and planned activities
- Review scientific accuracy of internal medical training content and other educational resources materials

**Who are you?**
- Advanced scientific, medical, or clinical degree preferably in infectious diseases or clinical microbiology
- 2 to 3 years of experience required with relevant clinical, medical or training experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- You show strong interest in medical training activities, adult learning principles and you demonstrate creativity for developing innovative learning approach.
- You have a good knowledge of hospital/clinical/medical environment
- You are a team player and enjoy working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Attention to detail, and a penchant to think creatively and strategically
- Pro-active attitude and able to take initiatives with solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
