Role Overview

Our Paris Office is looking to reinforce their HR team with an HR Administrator. Mainly in charge of payroll, reporting, and employee questions, you will be a key stakeholder within the French Broadridge Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble files for new hires
- Verify and monitor regulatory requirements (residency permits, probation periods, etc.)
- Manage contracts and amendments, monitor internal promotions and provide needed documentation to the International HR Operations Team for tracking and audit purposes
- Prepare workplace accident reports and maintain dashboards
- Schedule and monitor medical examinations
- Handle registration and management of health insurance and benefits
- Monitor probationary periods
- Manage meal vouchers
- Transmit all variable elements to the payroll department
- Handle sick leave cases
- Verify payroll
- Prepare social dashboards (headcount reports, Economic and Social Database, etc.)
- Prepare declarations for AGEFIPH (French association for the employment of disabled people), apprenticeship tax, etc.
- Prepare social assessments and mandatory surveys
- Manage leaves of absence (using Replicon tool)
- Respond to employee questions
- Organize meetings and paperwork as required per Human Resources Business Partner

**Profile**:

- Up to 5 years of experience in the field - junior profile welcome
- Holds a diploma / certification in Administrative Management or Human Resources and demonstrates at least a first experience in this field
- Knowledge of French payroll and human resources regulations preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- English and French writing, spelling abilities, and document formatting
- Organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous with numbers and details where needed
- Ability to work independently with complex guidelines and to take initiative in assigned areas of responsibility.
